| This property was a luxury residential
construction built by Gilbane on Longboat Key, Florida. The
property was a high end construction and contained very
expensive cabinetry, appliances and features. It was very
important that our cleaning crew were very careful with
their approach to cleaning this particular job site.
Our main challenge at this location was
cleaning around the various subcontractors ensuring that we
were able to hit our target end date of Dec 22nd.
We were able to clean all areas of this
building to a very high standard, this included:
- Marble floors.
- Stainless steel kitchen appliances.
- Mahogany wooden cabinetry.
- High Windows.
The property was successfully cleaned on
time and under original budget to the complete satisfaction
of the general contractor and owner. |
