We pride ourselves on having the hardest
working most reliable labor force in the
area. We expect a lot more out of our
workers, and we try to reward them for their
hard work and dedication. Part of that
reward is our Employee of the Month Program.
Each month we select one worker who we feel
deserves to be in the spot light and we
reward him with a $25.00 gift card and
Workers to Go gear that can be had only by
the employee of the month.
In order to be eligible for the employee of
the month an employee must have: not missed
any scheduled days, worked safely (without
any major incidents), had a good attitude
about all work that was offered to him, and
not had any negative comments from the
clients. |
