Points
Our workers are encouraged to earn safety points for
safe work practices. They will earn one safety point
for each hour they work without incident. The
workers use the safety points to redeem for gift
vouchers.

inebriated when they turn up for work. If they do
they will get sent home, repeated breach of this
rule will result in dismissal.

Liability
Although our workers are safety trained, there are
occasions where accidents happen and an injury
occurs on site. In these instances WTG takes on all
the responsibility of caring our workers.

Insured
WTG has up to $5M in general liability per project.

We have one full time employee which monitors risk
at our various job sites ensuring any accidents are
kept to a minimum.
